Located on one of Santa Monica’s most desirable streets, this 1920s Spanish home underwent a sensitive refresh that balances historic integrity with a richly layered interior approach. The design celebrates the clients’ affinity for pattern, texture, and craftsmanship, while preserving the warmth and soul of the original architecture. Most furnishings and key elements throughout the home were custom designed, creating spaces that feel collected, refined, and deeply personal.
